For Whom: This workshop is intended for those with babies and young children as well as those who are expecting babies.

How much: $35 per person or $45 for two nurturers in the same family (parent, spouse, partner, grandparent).

What to expect:

This welcoming, supportive, and informative workshop is offered
with the following intentions:

  • To let tired parents feel supported.  Nurturing the nurturers!

  • To help you appreciate what "normal" infant sleep needs are

  • To explore how sleep skills develop

  • To learn how to create a safe sleep environment

  • To understand the science of nurturing night-time parenting

  • To dissect the headlines around crying it out and other extinction methods

  • To explore practical strategies for supporting infant sleep in ways that give you space to follow your heart

  • To let go of judgement, and tap into mama instinct for guiding parenting

  • To outline ways to prioritize your own self care

  • To develop confidence in your nurturing night-time parenting

This workshop is not about judging past approaches, but about supporting efforts to move towards your goal of responsive parenting that respects the sleep needs of everyone in the family. Come where you’re at, and move in the direction you envision.
